That's why I'm hosting a drop-in support group for mothers who need a space to remember who they are beyond the chaos of motherhood.
This is the space where for a few minutes you don't have to pretend to be someone or something that you aren't, without judgement. Come hang out with some people who get it for a few minutes and tell us how you really doing. We won't try to "fix" you or even offer suggestions unless you are actually seeking out suggestions.
