I can be your greatest cheerleader but I will also ask you the hard questions that need to be asked to keep you growing and accountable to your goals.

We take the health and safety of our clients, staff, and community seriously and are committed to supporting your mental health and physical well-being during COVID-19.
Therefore, until further notice, all therapy sessions with clients will be held via tele-health, using a HIPAA compliant secure video and phone platform.
Online therapy is covered by most major insurance plans.
We accept a variety of insurance plans and have found that most insurance companies will cover your therapy sessions. So that we may help you estimate your out-of-pocket expense, please call the number on the back of your insurance card and explain to the representative that you are coming in for therapy with Nicole Woodcox Bolden LCSW. Ask the representative if your policy has coverage for therapy. If they say yes, then ask them the following 5 questions:
What is my deductible for the year?
How much of my deductible have I already met?
What is my co-insurance percent? (e.g. 90/10, 80/20 etc.)
Is pre-authorization required?
May I have a reference number for this call?
Please provide all responses to the 5 questions by your first session.
